Answer: Our fees start at $450 and up depending on the type of traffic ticket issued 

Question: Do you offer a full refund if you lose my case?

Question: What is the process?

Answer: You need to fax a photocopy of your traffic ticket to our office. Once we receive your fax we will send you a Credit Card form and Retainer Agreement. Once you fax these two forms back to us, we will charge your Visa or MasterCard the fee for your case. You will receive a court date in the mail which you should fax to our office to double check that we have received the same information. Our office will notify you once we have the result for your case.

Answer:  Insurance companies in New York raise insurance rates by approximately $100/point for up to five years.  See the chart below to see the number of points for your traffic ticket.

Some license revocations and suspensions are mandatory and do not depend on points. These include three speeding violations within 18 months, and convictions involving alcohol or drugs.
